LEAD Childcare is a family owned company with an education focus on creating a home away from home environment for the child in care.
Across six locations in the Moreton Bay Region, LEAD Childcare is committed to providing high-quality care and education to children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years old. A range of programs are on offer to meet the varying needs of Moreton Bay families including full-time and part-time care, before and after-school care, and vacation care. The flexible programs are designed to help parents balance work and family responsibilities while providing children with the care and education they need to thrive.
At LEAD Childcare the educators believe children learn best through exploring their environments. Children are provided with active and natural play spaces where educators will assist children to engage, gain confidence and practice lifelong skills. A blended education approach to a child's learning incorporating intentional teaching practices and child initiated experiences is applied at every Centre. Every child is valued and their individuality and family background is taken into consideration in their learning environment. Educators focus on building trust and nurturing relationships with every child and their families in care at LEAD Childcare and Education.
Kindergarten
All LEAD Childcare services offer a Government approved Kindergarten program, delivered by qualified Early Childhood Teachers. In the kindergarten program early childhood teachers prepare your child for school through a recognised kindergarten program where children will learn to make deliberate and well-informed decisions, build respectful relationships, promote ongoing learning and interact with children to promote learning.
Long Daycare
Educators pride themselves on creating a home away from home environment for all children in care at LEAD Childcare. To adapt to all family situations a range of sessional bookings are available to cover the unpredictable nature of the 9-5 work life. Session bookings range from 6,8,9,10 and 12 hour sessions, providing something to suit every Moreton Bay family.
Outside School Hours Care
The Outside of School Hours Care program caters for children up to the age of 12 years of age. An extensive and inclusive school aged program is applied so children feel as though they have the freedom to explore and interact with children of their own age, whilst in a safe and secure environment.
