Low back pain doesn't have to be a long-term problem - a few small changes to your training can make all the difference. During this two hour workshop, we give you the understanding and the skills to make positive changes towards permanently erasing your low back pain.

1. What is causing your pain? Learn about how our body interprets pain and what some of the additional key factors are that you should be mindful of when assessing what might be triggering your back pain. Often it’s not quite what it seems.

2. How to self-assess your back pain. You know you’ve got a bulge disc, touching your toes is painful and you need better core strength. How does this vague assessment help you? The truth is it doesn’t. We will teach you how to identify what specific movement patterns you need to improve and gain confidence that you won’t trigger another painful episode the next time you attempt a certain movement.

3. What exercises are ‘back pain friendly’? Once you understand how to move better, we will teach you which strength exercises will dramatically improve your lumbopelvic stability so you can be rid of your lower back pain once and for all.
