Stitch & Bitch

Here at Minkee Minky Fabrics, we're all about embracing community spirit, learning and having fun. We want to spread the love, so we're opening our studio/warehouse to other likeminded sewing and craft enthusiasts to join us in a social setting while we all work on individual projects and ideas together.

Our social sew sessions are lovingly named 'Stitch & Bitch' and will become a regular event. Keep an eye on our socials or join our exclusive Facebook VIP Group (Fabric Lovers Group-Minkee Minky Fabrics Aus) for upcoming dates.

Come along, have a cuppa, a chat and make new friends!

What's included:

• Use of our North Lakes space
• Access to our retail store for fabric purchases
• Access to studio tools, overlockers and heat press
• Experienced sewers on hand to offer advice with your projects
• Tea/Coffee, Juice and light refreshments

What you'll need to bring:

• Your sewing machine (limited machines are available to hire)
• Accessories and tools
• Your own project(s)

Our workshops/social nights are held at our North Lakes warehouse on Brisbane's north side.

We charge a small fee of $15.00 to cover refreshments etc.

Hire a sewing machine

* We have a limited number of sewing machines available for hire for those who don't have a machine but you'll need to get in quick to hire one!

*Dates and times are subject to change at our discretion. All registered attendees will be notified and given priority to rebook.

*Cancellations are not accepted as bookings are non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled to the next available workshop if you are unable to attend.
