Sourdough Bread Making Workshop for Beginners

In this demonstration class, you will learn why we should all be eating sourdough bread; how to make, feed, and maintain your sourdough mother; and then how to take a portion of the mother and turn it into healthy sourdough bread. Baking tips to make the perfect loaf are included in this demonstration-based session.

Save money, eat well and reap the benefits of this new skill, being able to make something that you would normally need to purchase at the supermarkets.

Please keep in mind this is a demonstration based session. Students will not be making a sourdough during this session, but you'll be given all the knowledge to start making sourdough at home.
