If you love running but struggle with ongoing pain or injury, or you’re frustrated and losing motivation to continue training then this workshop is for you! Running is something that seems like it should come naturally to anyone who tries it.

We were designed to be able to run and our body, mind and spirit REALLY appreciate it when we do. So why do we find it so hard and at times even painful? ​ This workshop will help you understand your gait, with individual assessments for each person who attends. We also show you how to modify things that are going wrong so you can get over your niggles and continue to enjoy pain-free running for years to come.
