Do you struggle putting yourself first, taking time out for yourself? Are you always rushing around after others that you don't have time to take care of yourself? Our Self Love Retreat is definitely what you need. Come and spend a day at Harmony Place, a beautiful wellness centre in Bunya.

With morning tea and lunch provided you won't have to worry about a thing. Immerse yourself in the surroundings, read a book, take part in our group sessions or just enjoy a foot massage, it's your day. Group sessions include a guided meditation and healing sound bath, plus a workshop to boost your self confidence and self worth.

Early Bird: $189 per person (end 1st March)
Standard: $200 per person
