Growing Exotic Vegetables in Moreton Bay Gardens

Multiple Locations
June 3rd at 10:00am
Free Entry

Our climate is perfect for growing delicious Asian, Pacific and South American herbs and vegetables. Find out how easy it is with horticulturist and 4BC presenter, Paul Plant.

Although they may seem unfamiliar, many of these herbs and vegetables are easier to grow in the Moreton Bay region than the common edibles we currently grow. Be inspired to try something new in both the garden and kitchen!

Best for adults. Free. Bookings required.

About Paul: Paul Plant has worked as a nurseryperson, landscaper and interior plantscaper, and has been involved in training, garden judging and guest speaker roles. Paul has assisted in the research and editing of over 19 books (gardening and non-gardening titles) and many gardening magazines (periodicals and single titles). He talks about gardening on radio 4BC 882AM every Saturday morning. Paul is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Horticulture.
