Female Boxfit Class - Spiders Boxing

Spiders Boxing Club is a not-for-profit organisation, which uses a majority of the proceeds earned from the spiders boxing classes to sponsor and help create different pathways and opportunities for boxers to attend tournaments and travel to gain life experience in and out of the ring.

The club helps support it's boxers to progress into becoming better versions of themselves as people in a family orientated club.

On Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 5:30pm - 6:30pm, learn techniques and burn calories with the Spiders Boxing General Boxing Class!

Class involves Padwork, Circuits, Bag Drills.

First session Free - Then $9.
