Spending time outdoors and being creative has proven benefits for our personal wellbeing. Being creative doesn’t always mean working towards a finished product, there are many different ways to connect with your creative self. Pick me artist Claire Ritchie uses creative journalling as a way to inspire her art practice and boost her personal wellbeing.

Join Claire as she leads a workshop on creative journaling, sharing her tips and tricks whilst enjoying the natural surrounds of Pine Rivers Park.

This workshop begins at Pine Rivers Art Gallery with a tour of Claire’s exhibition, Pick me, before going for a short stroll to Pine Rivers Park for the remainder of the workshop.

A picnic of light refreshments will be provided.

Please note: Pine Rivers Park is approximately a 10 minute walk from the gallery. If you have mobility or access needs and are planning on attending, let us know so that we can endeavour to support you.
