Having Christmas at your place this year and want to impress? Never been able to perfect your roast? Looking for a fun team building event as the year draws to a close? Join chef Kurt Lovell of Project Salubrious for his popular annual Christmas cooking class.

Get set for a fun, relaxed evening where you'll be guided through making a number of festive dishes including some classics and a couple of modern twists using fantastic locally sourced ingredients, before sitting down to enjoy your work.

Take the stress out of entertaining this year by learning to make a delicious menu that will satisfy anyone, while being safe for a range of dietary requirements - the class will follow the Project Salubrious philosophy of no gluten, grains, dairy or refined sugar.
