Canapes and Cocktails

Hosted by Pine Rivers Heritage Museum, Canapes and Cocktails is a celebration of indigenous foods that will tantalise your tastebuds and nourish your mind. Enjoy the sounds, smells and tastes of nature within the exhibition space as you explore an array of flavours created by Three Little Birds.

Three Little Birds, run by First Nations chef Chris Jordan, uses native ingredients and ancient knowledge to showcase local ingredients, acknowledging and celebrating First Nations culture as well as Australia’s natural resources.
